Private Yoga Tuition is available for you whether you are newly entering the world of Yoga or want to refine your postures (Asanas) and deepen your practice.

A private one-to-one session is tailored to suit your own individual needs, goals and aspirations.  It is an ideal opportunity to take your Yoga practice at your own pace and ensure that as you further your practice you are doing so in a safe way to prevent injury and build up strength.  One to one sessions are a great way to really immerse yourself into your practice without the fear and apprehension of attending a Yoga studio for the first time or deepening your postures without proper teacher attention and guidance.

Sessions can be as frequent or infrequent as you wish and you can book sessions as and when you like.  Here’s how it works:

1st Session:

Price – £50

For your first session, in the first 30 minutes we will sit together and discuss what your goals are and gain an understanding of any injuries or physical challenges you face so I can tailor the practice to your needs.  We will then do a 1 hour practice which will be used to gain an understanding of your Asana technique and your level of practice – this first session will be used for us to both become comfortable with each other and for me to gain an understand as to what level you are at with your Yoga practice.  At the end of the session we will sit and discuss where you would like to go with your next session and what you would like to focus on.

After the 1st Session:

Further sessions will be tailored to your needs and your goals and the prices for the duration of each session are shown below:

1 hour – £40

1hr 30 minutes – £60
